By accessing or using LinguaMoment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LinguaMoment is a peer-to-peer language exchange platform that facilitates communication between users for conversational practice. LinguaMoment is not a tutoring, educational, or professional service provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LinguaMoment. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

  • Respect other users.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or explicit content.
  • No commercial solicitation.
  • Maintain account security.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LinguaMoment a non-exclusive, limited license to host and display such content within the app.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

LinguaMoment does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, translations, or flashcards. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. LinguaMoment does not store payment information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaMoment shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or user interactions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinguaMoment from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country of residence of the user.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
